IKEA Food Assistant - Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Ensure area of responsibility is well maintained, clean, tidy, and organized
• Prepare assigned hot and cold dishes
• Serve customers behind the hot line with a smile
• Ensure products and condiments are stocked and replenished on time
• Follow internal rules regarding food safety and quality
• Support colleagues and cooperate with other departments
• Monitor top selling products and promote alternatives when unavailable

Requirements

• Friendly or outgoing personality
• Service-oriented and comfortable handling cash
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items
• High level of personal grooming for food safety standards
• Team player mindset
