IKEA Food Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are in focus and provide service based on IKEA values
• Act as a brand ambassador to encourage repeat store visits
• Learn and share knowledge regarding product content, origins, and benefits
• Optimize sales by monitoring top-selling products and supporting range changes
• Prepare the readiness of the food area and contribute to department action plans
• Comply with internal rules, policies, and daily operational routines
• Execute store operations in line with Functional Commercial Review standards
