IKEA Food Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager and support the team in implementing the IKEA Food action plan
• Maintain a clean, tidy, organized, and inviting area of responsibility
• Ensure an easy and convenient buying process for customers
• Comply with internal rules regarding food safety, quality, and stock figures
• Proactively work to avoid bottlenecks and improve customer satisfaction
• Support sales forecasting, supply planning, ordering, and stock control
• Contribute to marketing and in-store activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a service environment, ideally sales or hospitality
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy, specifically MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Confident communication skills and a friendly approach to customers
