IGA Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support enterprise Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA) security solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Administer and troubleshoot accounts, roles, and permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), and SaaS applications.
• Resolve escalated access issues involving directory, identity, or workflow complexities.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for privileged accounts and sensitive roles.
• Assist with recurring access certifications, entitlement reviews, and remediation efforts.
• Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Collaborate with IGA Engineering and IT teams on automation initiatives, such as PowerShell scripting and provisioning integrations.
• Identify potential access risks and recommend improvements to workflows and approval chains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Access Management, IGA Operations, or an IT Help Desk role.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Single-Sign-On (SSO), and MFA.
• Solid understanding of Azure and AWS cloud concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written communication and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and AI productivity tools.
