IFRS Manager

Everstar is a recruitment agency helping milltech companies find talented people. This role is for one of Ukraine's largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for defense needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of accounting policies in accordance with IFRS
• Provide advisory support to employees regarding IFRS application
• Prepare a full package of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Analyze operations for compliance with IFRS requirements
• Determine and evaluate accounting estimates, reserves, asset impairment, and revaluations
• Report in XBRL format
• Support the financial statement audit process
• Coordinate the work of the accounting team regarding IFRS
• Automate financial reporting preparation processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IFRS or auditing
• Practical experience supporting financial statement audits
• Experience with ERP systems (1C, ITE)
• Experience with XBRL taxonomies
• Deep knowledge of key IFRS standards (IFRS 9, 15, 16; IAS 36, 37)
• Advanced Excel skills
• ACCA / DipIFR certification or ongoing studies
