IE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify bottlenecks and waste, proposing effective improvement solutions.
• Design and optimize production line layouts to ensure the efficient flow of materials, people, and information.
• Address production line balance issues and improve overall efficiency by optimizing work assignments and reducing waiting times.
• Collect, track, and analyze production data to identify key factors affecting efficiency and formulate corrective measures.
• Plan, execute, and monitor Lean improvement projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
• Support new product and process introductions, cost reduction projects, and the evaluation of new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineering (IE) Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in leading Lean improvement projects that result in significant gains in production efficiency and process quality.
• Strong data analysis abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Solid manufacturing knowledge and understanding of production processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Six Sigma, Quality, Engineering, or Lean Manufacturing.
