Identity Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of the Identity group Roadmap
• Drive initiatives to mature automation, specifically around Entra and Active Directory
• Lead the drive to mature cloud identity concepts for Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Support the delivery of the Information Security strategy and effective governance of security controls
• Develop and maintain formal security documentation, including policies and standards
• Build solutions for controlled monitoring across Privileged Access and Identity Governance functions
• Build groups and users within groups for key platforms and services
• Engage with business stakeholders to solutionise identity concepts

Requirements

• Strong experience with IAM lifecycle management, specifically Entra, Active Directory, and Cloud identity
• SME level knowledge in developing and managing formal security documentation
• Proven experience with vendor tooling such as Saviynt and CyberArk
• Strong coding and scripting skillset to support automation and other engineers
• Ability to communicate information security and risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders through security maturity journeys
