Identity Intelligence and Screening/Vetting Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary management and technical authority for contractor personnel supporting the client and project.
• Oversee the execution of identity intelligence, screening, and vetting operations to ensure alignment with client mission priorities.
• Provide senior-level expertise to resolve complex analytic issues and coordinate with interagency partners.
• Direct contractor personnel, manage workload allocation, and adapt to emerging mission needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership within the client organization.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and tradecraft standards.
• Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of all related operational functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Contract Management, or Program Delivery.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in a co-located work model.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting counterterrorism, screening & vetting, or watchlisting programs.
