Identity & Infrastructure Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage user, service, and machine identities across on-premises and cloud environments
• Perform user lifecycle management including account creation, modification, and deprovisioning
• Manage access rights using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access
• Administer Active Directory users, groups, computers, and Organizational Units
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Active Directory permissions
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, and devices
• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune policies and device compliance
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Windows and macOS devices
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Conduct access reviews and identity governance activities

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure identity services
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and GPO management
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting
• Knowledge of DNS and Windows Server administration
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Teams, and VPN issues
