Identity Governance and Administration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IGA solutions based on SailPoint technology
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize IGA systems for performance and security
• Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams for infrastructure integration
• Analyze user and business needs to develop identity management strategies
• Write and maintain technical and functional documentation for IGA systems
• Train and support end users and internal teams on SailPoint solutions
• Perform continuous technological monitoring of IGA evolutions and industry best practices

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Expertise in SailPoint solutions
• Knowledge of EntraID and MSSQL
• Proficiency in connector configuration, mapping, and aggregation parameters
• Knowledge of Qlik Language and integrated reporting
• Proficiency with JSON, Transformation, and Workflow design
• Mandatory knowledge of SCIM protocol
• Understanding of account correlation in complex environments
• Experience with monitoring and MCO
• Proficiency in PowerShell, GraphAPI, and REST API
• English proficiency (spoken, read, and written)
