Identity Developer (SailPoint IdentityIQ)

Responsibilities

• Configure standard SailPoint IdentityIQ features including access requests, certifications, and lifecycle states
• Develop and maintain custom IIQ rules and workflows under guidance
• Support application onboarding, connector configuration, and attribute mapping
• Assist with provisioning, reconciliation, and integration testing
• Execute unit testing and support defect resolution
• Maintain configuration records and delivery documentation
• Participate actively in sprint planning and agile ceremonies

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IAM, security engineering, or related roles
• 1–2+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms
• Foundational development or scripting experience
• Understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance concepts
• Must be an Australian Citizen with an active security clearance (Baseline, NV1 or higher)
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
