Identity and Access Management II Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) environments and enterprise Domain Controllers.
• Act as the primary technical lead for enterprise Identity Providers, specifically Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and directory synchronization using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.
• Design, deploy, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions utilizing CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
• Manage internal Certificate Authorities (CA) and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
• Implement Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Zero Trust principles.
• Develop advanced PowerShell scripts to automate user lifecycle management and system reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and act as an escalation point for complex identity-related incidents.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IAM, directory services, or security engineering.
• Advanced expertise in Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Entra ID Connect.
• Deep technical knowledge of ADDS and Domain Controller management.
• Proficiency with modern authentication protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.
• Experience managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and API integrations.
• Proven experience implementing MFA and Least Privilege security models.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
