ID&E Specialist

Responsibilities

• Complete data and survey requests from industry partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Support the management of affiliate networks, inclusion groups, and mentorship/sponsorship programs
• Assist in regional programming and event planning for local office events
• Organize and maintain the yearly ID&E heritage month and commemorative days calendar
• Draft and generate content for internal and external communications in collaboration with the Communications Team
• Support client-related work, including partnerships, mentorship programs, and ID&E-related client events
• Prepare data trends and practice group-related projects for presentations to leadership
• Maintain the ID&E SharePoint site and associated files

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills and expertise in data processing
• Proven experience delivering and supporting project work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and set clear deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint
• Literacy in AI technology, such as CoPilot
• Demonstrated interest and passion for inclusion, diversity, and change management
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment
