IDD Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the IDD team with document production, CAD production, and 3D modeling activities to enable project execution.
• Develop algorithmic processes and scripting using tools such as Dynamo, Python, LISP, or VBA.
• Manage 3D model coordination, including clash detection, reporting, and version control on the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Assist with systems setup and management, ensuring alignment with project taxonomy, LOD/LOI standards, and naming conventions.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with construction leads and assist with 4D/5D model integration.

Requirements

• University or technical college diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2-3 years of professional BIM/CAD experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of Connected Data Environments (CDE) and how they support project lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of EHS regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with algorithmic scripting (Dynamo, Python, LISP, or VBA).
• Ability to write BIM reports and perform advanced 3D modeling.
• Understanding of the alignment between design/construction phases and the Digital Plan of Works.
