IDC Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and develop relationships with Independent Delivery Contractors (IDC) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Use KPIs and data-driven insights to align IDC performance with Intelcom’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Network Planning, and Business Development to assess future delivery needs and ensure sufficient capacity.
• Act as a mediator and advocate for IDCs, resolving grievances and managing conflict through effective negotiation.
• Facilitate transparent communication regarding policies, products, and services to maintain high engagement.
• Conduct regular field engagement with stations and frontline teams to gain operational insights.
• Ensure all partnerships comply with independent contractor regulations, labor laws, and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field plus 6 years of experience (or an MBA plus 3 years of experience).
• Proven experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or vendor/account management.
• Expertise in KPI analysis, performance monitoring, and using BI dashboards.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support field operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a small business or understanding the realities of independent contractors.
• Background in vendor or franchise network management.
• Exposure to HR or labor relations, specifically regarding contractor models.
• Experience in operations leadership within a fast-paced, field-based environment.
