IDAM Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) remediation and governance activities.
• Create and document business processes using BPMN tools.
• Produce detailed business requirements that can be translated into functional and technical specifications.
• Identify, describe, and validate business solutions to meet end-user requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams during project delivery.
• Analyze the impact and risks of new service developments on current systems.
• Create training materials for end-users regarding privileged access management.
• Support the preparation and execution of testing phases and project roll-outs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM), IT governance, or information security.
• Advanced knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
• Experience with business analysis techniques and BPMN tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in risk assessment and mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or professional certifications such as CISM or CISSP.
• Experience with specific IDAM technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Knowledge of training design and quick card creation.
