ID Verification Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct online video calls with customers for identity verification in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for remote identification
• Assist clients with inquiries via live chat and email to ensure an excellent customer service experience
• Accurately record and maintain verification documentation while ensuring data security and confidentiality
• Manage and follow up on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients
• Flag situational risks or discrepancies to management in a timely manner
• Provide constructive feedback to management based on customer needs and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in frontline operations (Livechat and Email)
• Proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and verbal)
• Ability to work on shifts
• Strong acumen with numbers and statistics
• Experience in financial institutions or fintech is an advantage
