About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform administration for the issuance of airport ID cards and vehicle permits according to National Civil Aviation Security Regulations
- Coordinate downloading of electronic access zones and check compliance for issued permits
- Control ID Card Office file storage and register files
- Maintain statistical data regarding permit issuance and relative revenues
- Inactivate expired, lost, or withdrawn ID cards
Requirements
- High School or Vocational Upper Secondary School Diploma
- Previous working experience, preferably in the aviation sector
- Proficiency in Greek and English
- Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Fulfilled Military Obligations (if appropriate)
- Strong communication and collaborative attitude
- Customer-oriented mindset
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
