ICU Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients, including continuous assessment, monitoring, and intervention
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and critical care treatments
• Operate and monitor advanced critical care equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors
• Document patient care accurately within electronic medical records
• Support patients and families through education, communication, and advocacy

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, MSN, or DNP)
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or D.C.
• 3+ years of ICU or critical care experience with recent direct patient care
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
• Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet pre-deployment physical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN certification
• ATLS certification
• Prior experience supporting military, government, or international healthcare environments
