ICT Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the production line by identifying and addressing ICT fixture problems
• Maintain and optimize ICT test programs on a regular basis
• Analyze production defects and troubleshoot various ICT test failures
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and related project handover
• Monitor the running status of CM ICT test fixtures
• Track test yield rate and production capacity of ICT testing

Requirements

• Major in Electronics and Information or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in ICT programming and fixture debugging
• Knowledge of TRI and Teradyne ICT machines and software
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuits with circuit analysis capability
• Experience in PCBA power-on testing and Boundary Scan testing processes
• Good teamwork and communication skills, self-driven and motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Proactive and self-motivated in daily work
• Ability to independently solve ICT and fixture problems
• Proficiency with Teradyne and TRI ICT systems
• Ability to optimize test programs for higher yield and efficiency
• Experience in NPI ICT support and familiarity with quality standards
