Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for computer programs, systems, hardware, software, and networks
• Analyze user needs and translate them into appropriate solutions
• Install, repair, and maintain ICT equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure data confidentiality and security to prevent unauthorized access
• Implement procedures for service quality and security, follow training, and support department targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in network administration, hardware maintenance, and software troubleshooting
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, and ICT hardware/software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
