ICT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize ICT systems, services, and infrastructure in compliance with global and local policies.
• Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of ICT networks and communication infrastructures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and end-users to ensure high service quality.
• Enforce cybersecurity policies, conduct security assessments, and support disaster recovery and data backup plans.
• Maintain accurate ICT equipment inventory, manage orders for parts/tools, and handle equipment shipments.
• Support audio-visual and video conferencing setups for meetings and events.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, electronics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of troubleshooting experience in ICT service areas (e.g., workplace services, telecommunications, help desk).
• Proficiency in English and/or French (both spoken and written).
• Strong, comprehensive ICT knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in people management.
• Knowledge of financial and supply chain processes related to ICT.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data analytics, business intelligence tools, or information management.
