About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the New York-based ICT service team across all U.S. offices
  • Oversee regional ICT service performance and continual improvement
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for regional technical issues
  • Partner with global ICT leadership to align processes and standards
  • Manage regional ICT budgets and spend controls
  • Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and provide service visibility
  • Conduct regular service reviews and report on KPIs and incident trends
  • Manage regional vendors and suppliers, including contract performance
  • Oversee Joiners and Leavers processes for onboarding and offboarding
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster professional growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of ICT Helpdesk management experience
  • Experience in a professional services or consultancy environment
  • Proven track record managing medium-sized teams across multiple locations
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Understanding of security threats, compliance, and best practices
  • Experience with vendor and supplier management
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and budgeting skills
