ICT Lead - Aviation, ATCT

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and technically support mission-critical ICT systems and network infrastructure for ATCT and aviation environments
• Review design documents, drawings, method statements, and technical submissions related to ATCT ICT systems
• Coordinate the delivery of structured cabling, fiber backbones, LAN/WAN connectivity, and network architecture
• Monitor integration between ICT systems and other airport platforms such as CCTV, access control, and voice communication systems
• Participate in technical reviews to ensure compliance with aviation authority criteria and cybersecurity requirements
• Oversee testing and commissioning procedures, including FAT, SAT, and integrated systems testing
• Support site inspections to verify installation quality, grounding, containment, and equipment placement
• Track design and construction risks and coordinate with stakeholders including airport operators and ATC users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer, or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of relevant ICT engineering experience
• Proven experience in airports, air navigation facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure
• Extensive knowledge of structured cabling, fiber systems, and IP-based networks
• Demonstrated experience in design review, site supervision, and testing and commissioning
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN architecture, network resilience, and cybersecurity coordination
• Ability to interpret project specifications, interface control documents, and testing protocols
