ICT Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze information needs across various business functions and translate them into effective reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, datasets, and data models to ensure information quality, consistency, and reliability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support data interpretation and promote the effective use of BI tools
• Manage relationships with external vendors, coordinating activities, priorities, and project progress
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of data governance guidelines and Power BI platform usage
• Support the growth of a data-driven culture within the organization through user guidance and training

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analyst or BI Analyst roles
• Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query and DAX
• Strong knowledge of data modeling
• Good proficiency in English
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with ERP solutions, such as SAP
