ICT Daily Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, printers, and network devices
• Provide basic technical support to users for hardware and software issues
• Handle day-to-day IT service requests such as password resets and network connectivity
• Perform basic documentation related to maintenance and support activities
• Support IT asset inventory processes including labeling and checking
• Coordinate with the IT team for issue reporting and resolution

Requirements

• Good command of PL/SQL query language, Python, and PHP
• Good knowledge of programming algorithms and logic
• Knowledge of managing network systems and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Business Process Applications, Axapta, Microsoft 365, and helpdesk ticketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to create Packages/procedures in PL/SQL
• Knowledge of creating reports from Power BI
