About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets
- Generate new leads through research, cold calling, and store visits
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms for ICT goods and services
- Provide hands-on technical support for ECP POS systems and terminals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and support system installations
- Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports
Requirements
- Two or more years of sales or business development experience in an ICT-oriented role
- Proven ability to negotiate with business owners
- Confident communicator with clear English skills
- Full driver’s license
- Degree in sales, business, or commerce
