ICSS Lead MEA & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Manage Egypt in-country shared operations, including Statutory, Tax, Treasury, and Close & Control functions.
• Oversee the issuance of Audited Statutory Financial Statements and ensure timely tax return filings and payments.
• Provide regional oversight and accountability for MEA ICSS operations across Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, and Pakistan.
• Act as the central point of contact for all MEA ICSS markets in regional and global forums.
• Manage cash management, liquidity, and relationships with banks and the Global Treasury function.
• Drive continuous improvement and support operating model transformations across the MEA region.
• Mentor and develop team members to drive performance and engagement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in statutory financial statements, audit, financial controllership, and tax within multinational organizations.
• Proven track record in audit management, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in SAP, BISON, Cadency, and global reporting systems.
• Strong experience in business partnering with multiple functions both locally and globally.
