ICSR Operational Lead

Responsibilities

• Resolve assignments from Board, President, SDMD Head and Director of ICSR
• Line manage assigned Team Leads and support their teams
• Ensure effective line management for up to 15 direct reports
• Review project resourcing and ensure proactive assignment to minimize backlogs
• Support Business Development and Proposals with existing and new opportunities
• Support Team leads with deviation management
• Review and approve all minor and major CAPAs from the ICSR Management Unit
• Act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) and Person Responsible for Local Screening (PRLS) as required

Requirements

• Life science, pharmacy, or nursing degree
• Strong experience in pharmacovigilance
• Previous line management experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong management, delegation, and multitasking abilities
