ICQA Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure safety, quality, and performance within fulfillment center operations
• Manage team productivity through coaching, training, and continuous performance monitoring
• Set and clarify departmental requirements while fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication
• Ensure safe working practices are followed and document any accidents or incidents promptly
• Track production metrics and utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement
• Partner with HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT to secure resources for operational projects
• Conduct daily and weekly timecard reviews to ensure payroll accuracy
• Implement improvements in equipment and processing methods to optimize workflow

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Upper intermediate proficiency in English
• Statistical mindset with a strong focus on details and numerical data
• Basic knowledge of operational requirements, environments, and rules
