ICQA Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead shift execution and supervise team engagement within the Fulfillment Centre
• Create and cultivate a safety culture by identifying opportunities across the work area
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality guidelines
• Adjust labor allocation within the assigned department throughout the shift
• Deliver coaching and feedback to line operators regarding productivity, quality, and safety
• Drive proactive actions to remove barriers impacting shift performance
• Develop subject matter expertise on all operational processes in the assigned department

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with inventory control and quality assurance in a dynamic field
