ICQA Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Inventory Control / Quality Assurance (ICQA) team by providing data insights and analytical support for root cause investigations.
• Develop data collection processes, management systems, and automated dashboards to simplify mechanisms.
• Maintain data integrity and perform in-depth research into defect trends.
• Design queries, compile data, and generate complex reports using MS Excel and other tools.
• Perform data mining and problem-solving to support ACES initiatives and SoX compliance.
• Provide backup support for Process Assistant duties as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or equivalent role.
• 1+ years of experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, including experience writing complex VBA macros.
• Proficiency in Python and Tableau.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and modern software development frameworks.
• Knowledge of data scripting languages such as R or SAS.
