Ice Protection Method and Tools Designer

Responsibilities

• Participate in Ice Protection System (IPS) design activities to support aircraft program evolutions and future technology maturation.
• Identify and support projects aimed at improving knowledge of icing conditions and IPS development methods.
• Manage the evolution of existing IPS methods and tools, including the integration of new tools and proposing improvements to current processes.
• Support the development of new technologies, such as transitioning from bleed power to electrical power sources.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering.
• Strong scientific computation and modelization skills.
• Foundational knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermal engineering, and thermodynamic engineering.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• A dynamic, curious, and collaborative mindset with a passion for learning.
