ICB Coverage – Banks, VP

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance to support strategic investment and risk management solutions.
• Design customized solutions incorporating a range of products and services from the bank's portfolio to address specific client objectives.
• Research industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive environments to inform strategic recommendations.
• Communicate value propositions, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms beneficial to both the client and the bank.
• Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships and implement measures to minimize potential losses.
• Support credit applications, non-financial risk topics, and the marketing of Capital Markets and Investment Banking solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding technical direction and providing mentorship to less experienced specialists.

Requirements

• Series SIE, 63, and 79 licensing (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven experience in corporate banking, capital markets, and investment banking products.
• Experience with credit applications, approvals, and related monitoring processes.
• Ability to analyze complex client financial and risk profiles.
• Knowledge of non-financial risk management frameworks and controls.
