IC&V Technician 1

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, and maintain electrical control systems including PLCs, servo systems, and robotics
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical defects at the component level, such as transformers, relays, and controllers
• Perform routine and predictive maintenance on equipment using PM Work Orders
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to determine necessary production activities
• Commission, program, and diagnose motion systems and machine vision systems
• Adhere to all company, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Utilize various hand and power tools to service and repair equipment

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years of related experience or training
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics
• Basic mathematical skills and intermediate computer skills
• Strong reasoning skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
• Proficiency in English for professional communication and report writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD for drafting equipment drawings
• Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems and pneumatic components
• Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and meet challenging goals
