About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed I&C designs including P&IDs, panel wiring, and interconnect cabling
- Write control system hardware descriptions, functional specifications, and software requirements
- Specify PLC systems, vacuum gauges, and controllers while participating in instrumentation qualification
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Nuclear, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of I&C engineering design and hands-on experience
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a government clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the ITER project
- Previous large-scale plant design experience
- Expertise in PLC architecture design, programming, and validation
