IBM Watson Assistant Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational flows using IBM Watson Assistant
• Define and train intents, entities, and dialog nodes to optimize conversation accuracy
• Integrate Watson Assistant with external systems like CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs
• Work with RESTful services and JSON/XML for seamless communication
• Conduct thorough testing of chatbot interactions and monitor conversation logs
• Deploy chatbots across websites, mobile apps, and messaging apps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and AI/ML engineers to align features with business goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in chatbot development
• Proven experience with IBM Watson Assistant or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Experience with API integration and RESTful services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node-RED for building and orchestrating services
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI models
• Knowledge of UX design principles for conversational interfaces
• Familiarity with cloud services such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure
