About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for IBM OpenPages applications and resolve production issues
- Perform OpenPages configuration, administration, and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot workflows, object types, security roles, and access-related issues
- Support application upgrades, patches, and environment migrations
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures
- Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and operational standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with IBM OpenPages
- Strong understanding of OpenPages administration and configuration
- Experience supporting GRC applications in production environments
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cognos reporting tools
- Experience with QlikSense dashboards and analytics
- Exposure to banking, financial services, or risk/compliance environments
- Knowledge of GRC concepts and regulatory compliance frameworks
- IBM OpenPages certification
