IBM Maximo/TRIRIGA Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the solution architect for IBM MREF implementation to organize, lead, and validate all epics and sprints
• Support federal, state, local, and higher education clients with sustainability strategy and infrastructure transformation
• Manage workstreams and deliver analysis to drive measurable mission outcomes
• Develop client-ready materials and lead project execution within cross-functional teams
• Mentor team members and provide clear professional guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA (Space, Real Estate, and Facility Management) and IBM Maximo
• Expertise in requirements collection and management
• Ability to travel up to 40% on average
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale implementations
• Experience within the airport or transportation sectors
