IBM BPM Platform Admin

Responsibilities

• Lead IBM BPM infrastructure support for production and lower environments
• Monitor IBM BPM environment runtime performance using tools like Dynatrace and Profiler
• Set up new IBM BPM infrastructure and deployment environments using golden topology
• Manage horizontal and vertical scaling to expand capacity
• Collaborate with application owners and support teams to resolve issues
• Establish standards for application logging, error handling, and process instance recovery
• Monitor environments using Process Admin Console to detect and fix infinite loops or expensive processes
• Deploy process applications and toolkits into various environments
• Ensure compliance with IBM BPM best practices and standards
• Manage teams within an offshore/onshore model

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IBM BPM infrastructure support
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Profiler, or Performance Tuning Toolkit
• Experience setting up IBM BPM infrastructure and deployment environments
• Experience with process application and toolkit deployment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing teams in an offshore/onshore model

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarization with BPMN process modeling
• Experience with business process design and development using IBM BPM
