About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic needs into actionable requirements and support the Global Head of IAM
- Manage portfolio governance by tracking the IAM book of work, including status, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Coordinate business case documentation, ensuring scope, benefits, and financials are clearly articulated
- Facilitate process mapping to capture current-state workflows and identify opportunities for simplification
- Provide financial oversight by collecting inputs, supporting variance analysis, and preparing stakeholder summaries
- Develop metrics and dashboards to improve visibility into operational performance and project progress
- Create and maintain "how-to" guides, playbooks, and standard templates for IAM Strategy & Operations processes
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate data quality and ensure alignment on priorities
Requirements
- Experience in a business analyst, strategy, or business operations role within a complex environment
- Proven ability to structure business inputs into process maps, operating models, and portfolio summaries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and produce executive-ready insights
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and impactful PowerPoint competency
- Experience supporting financial activities such as budget/forecast inputs or variance tracking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or technology risk
- Experience with Power BI and dashboarding concepts
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks
