IAM Senior Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to meet business needs.
• Formulate and define specifications for complex IAM installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Document technical solutions including specifications, models, and diagrams.
• Evaluate capacity and performance issues and diagnose/repair system failures.
• Support production applications and environments 24/7, providing on-call support for problem resolution.
• Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure quality delivery and provide feedback on business requirements.
• Serve as a technical authority and mentor for the IAM team.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an IAM developer or engineer.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IDN/ISC.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk.
• 5+ years of programming experience (Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python, etc.).
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Shell scripting (bash).
• Experience with LDAP, SOAP, or REST web services.
• Experience with SSO technologies (Shibboleth, Duo, or OpenID Connect).
• 5+ years of experience with IAM systems such as Azure, Okta, or OneLogin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with HIPAA, NIST, FERPA, and SOX compliance.
• Experience mentoring junior technical resources.
