IAM Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a centralized identity management system integrating SaaS, Legacy On-premise, and Cloud Infrastructure
• Develop end-to-end integration workflows to ensure a Single Source of Truth for identities
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and automated provisioning across business units
• Execute regular Identity & Access Reviews to remediate access creep and unauthorized privilege escalations
• Maintain the User Access Matrix (UAM) and design automated reporting dashboards
• Automate the identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) and manage MFA and Conditional Access policies
• Ensure IAM processes adhere to Government Regulation, Industry Standards, and Personal Data Protection (PDP) Law

Requirements

• 5+ years of related job experience
• Experience managing Identity & Access tools such as Keycloak, Authentik, Authelia, or JumpCloud
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as GCP and AWS
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Go
• Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP
• Familiarity with tools including Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, Jenkins, Nessus, and NMap
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Relevant security certifications are preferable
