IAM Operation - AVP

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and procedures related to identity and access management across banking and securities business arms.
• Perform user access management, including provisioning and de-provisioning user access and managing folder access.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Access Management team and represent the team in stakeholder meetings.
• Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) and conduct Access Review/Attestation Management.
• Investigate and resolve user access issues and troubleshoot downtime for IAM platform-onboarded applications.
• Monitor and report on completed and pending incidents, tasks, and requests.
• Create and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, run books, and knowledge base entries.
• Develop and report KPIs for Business As Usual (BAU) processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Active Directory group management.
• Strong knowledge of the "least privilege" methodology regarding access permissions.
• Practical knowledge of IAM and PAM tools.
• Experience in Incident Management and User Access Management.
• Ability to operate with urgency, multitask, and manage large workloads under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and team-working skills to maintain relationships with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of governance structures within the financial technology sector.
• Knowledge of key technical frameworks and audit requirements relevant to banking.
• Ability to provide leadership cover for the Access Management Team Lead when required.
