IAM IGA Data Analytics & BI Reporting, AVP

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics initiatives and transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence and storytelling reports.
• Design and develop impactful visualizations, executive-level dashboards, and compliance reporting for leadership.
• Automate reporting frameworks and recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines in Databricks to process large datasets into analytics-ready formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reusable datasets.
• Partner with stakeholders in compliance, governance, audit, and development to drive consensus.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence reporting.
• Strong expertise with reporting and visualization tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Advanced experience with Databricks, including building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimized data models.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming experience in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience working within large financial organizations.
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS.
