IAM IDM Component Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the ForgeRock IDM component of CIAM Proximus and serve as the primary technical contact for identity lifecycle management solutions.
• Develop and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform, including configuring AM, DS, and IG.
• Ensure clean technical solutions and provide governance on IDM connector development.
• Design and deploy IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to enterprise systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance and security of the IDM setup.
• Integrate IAM solutions with various applications and maintain data quality and synchronization across sources.
• Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements and document all IAM processes, configurations, and changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in identity lifecycle management using IDM.
• Extensive knowledge of ForgeRock AM and DS.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols, including SAML and OAuth.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AD.
• Relevant industry certifications in IAM or security, such as CISSP or CISM.
