IAM Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support audit and compliance requirements related to identity and access management
• Execute User Access Review campaigns and manage access lifecycle metrics
• Provide guidance on Information Security Policies, Standards, and Controls
• Identify task inefficiencies and assist with the automation of manual processes
• Evaluate current IAM methods and controls to identify gaps and potential exposure
• Work with stakeholders in Governance Risk and Compliance, Application Security, and Security Engineering
• Review audit findings and implement mitigating controls to optimize IAM security

Requirements

• 3 years of identity access management industry experience
• Knowledge of IAM products such as Okta, Ping, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, or Saviynt
• In-depth experience with data analysis and interpreting data to illustrate business impact
• Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with audit/testing controls and managing User Access Review campaigns
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO, CMMC, SOX, or DFARS
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
