IAM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure IGA platform components including identity lifecycle, access requests, and workflows
• Build and maintain connectors and integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, and PowerShell
• Develop and customize business rules and provisioning logic to automate access processes
• Implement and optimize access governance capabilities, including certifications and remediation workflows
• Define and enforce RBAC/ABAC models and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and MFA
• Support Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and privileged access governance using tools like Delinea
• Monitor and investigate identity and cloud threats using Microsoft Defender and Sentinel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or IGA
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as Saviynt or SailPoint
• Strong scripting and integration skills in PowerShell, Beanshell, REST APIs, or SQL
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts including RBAC/ABAC, provisioning, and JIT access
• Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and PAM tools like Delinea
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
• Strong analytical, documentation, and English communication skills
