IAM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administration and monitoring of Microsoft Identity Manager
• Providing 2nd line support to IAM, Identity Systems, and Federation Services
• Updating technical documentation and operating procedures
• Troubleshooting IAM and its components
• Implementing changes according to ICT change management procedures
• Managing IAM incidents and user access

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT
• Minimum 5 years of IT professional experience with 4 years in a similar role
• Knowledge of identity management processes and lifecycle
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager system administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, ADLDS, ADFS, LDAP, Entra ID, and Azure MFA
• Knowledge of federation protocols (SAML v2, WS-*, STORK) and sign-in protocols (WS-FED, SAML, OAUTH)
• Advanced PowerShell automation skills (AD module, Graph, REST)
• ServiceNow technical competency for automation and integration
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and documentation-as-code
• MS SQL development and optimization skills (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing)
• Experience with IGA platforms like SailPoint IIQ or MIM
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
