About the role
Responsibilities
- Administration and monitoring of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
- Providing 2nd line support to IAM, Identity Systems, and Federation Services
- Troubleshooting IAM components and managing incidents
- Implementing changes according to ICT change management procedures
- Managing user access and identity lifecycle processes
- Updating technical documentation and operating procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar IAM role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID operations and configuration
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, LDAP, and Azure MFA
- Knowledge of federation protocols (SAML v2, WS-*, STORK) and sign-in protocols (WS-FED, OAUTH)
- Experience with ITIL-based change, configuration, and release management
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft or SailPoint certifications
- ServiceNow experience
- CISSP or cybersecurity architecture background
